All of our pieces are handcrafted, this means that pieces may vary very slightly from the picture presented for an item on our website and products are subject to availability. Being handcrafted also means we reserve a right to alter prices of listings at any time in line with material prices. 

For health and safety purposes, Posie Coast does not accept returns on products listed as 'earrings', unless deemed faulty.

If you make a return, you are responsible for the postage and postage cost of the return. You will not be able to be refunded until the parcel returns safely to Posie Coast.

We aim to dispatch orders from Posie Coast in 2-3 business days, however, this is not a guarantee. Under some circumstances, your order may take a bit longer to dispatch. Please bare this in mind when purchasing from Posie Coast. Our dispatch period does not include the item's shipping period, which is carried out by a courier.

The cost of your order will be insured, meaning that if your parcel gets lost or damaged by the courier, Posie Coast will be able to process you a refund. However, Posie Coast is no longer responsible for your parcel once it is out for delivery.

You will be provided with a tracking code for your parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are present to accept your parcel or adjust your safe space/preferred neighbour settings accordingly via the tracking code provided to you.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing an order, Posie Coast will not be deemed responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address.
